  • To invest, trade, or manage your portfolio, you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask).
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and private keys. Liquid Estate does not have access to or control over your wallet or private keys.
3. Permitted Use
  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the platform to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • You may not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform.

5. Tokenized Assets and Transactions
  • Investments are made through property tokens and the $LQE liquidity layer.
  • All transactions are executed on-chain and are irreversible.
  • The value of tokens may fluctuate, and investing involves risk, including the potential loss of capital.
6. Fees and Costs

Certain transactions may incur fees, which will be disclosed before execution. You are responsible for all applicable fees and blockchain gas costs.
